Chartered civil engineers

Richard Hoskins is the sole proprietor and provides all the services. He is a chartered civil engineer and has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, working in the UK and overseas.

Prior to setting up his own company, Richard worked for several major consulting firms, projects included small office buildings, schools, shopping centres and high-rise buildings with basements constructed top down, as well as temporary works designs.

Richard developed an interest in historic buildings so took an MSc in historic building conservation and since then, has worked on a number of buildings, providing surveys, conservation design and advice and temporary works designs.

Since working for himself, Richard has provided surveys and designs for residential and historic buildings.
